By using One Day In you agree to these terms. They’re short — please actually read them.
The service
One Day In generates travel itineraries using artificial intelligence. It is provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
AI-generated content
Itineraries are AI-generated and may contain errors. Venues may be closed, relocated, or misdescribed; prices, opening hours, and travel times are estimates. Always verify details with the venue before booking or travelling. We are not responsible for decisions made based on generated content.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links, marked “partner link”. If you book through them we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Bookable partner experiences may be featured in itineraries where they fit your stated interests — they are always clearly marked, and never displace free or unaffiliated recommendations. Bookings are contracts between you and the booking site — we are not a party to them.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time by emailing admin@onedayin.app.
Acceptable use
Fair daily usage limits apply. Don’t attempt to circumvent them, scrape the service at scale, probe its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
